Investigate webinar software options

Description

We would like to run webinars as how to advise for teachers to increase engagement with existing teacher users but we also hope to gain new users through this medium by showing them how great Rapid Router is!

Acceptance criteria

• Must be able to handle => 100 users at once
• We will want to record the sessions, so they can be added as a reference on the portal at a later date
• Allow users to post questions and moderators to answer

We can use Google Hangouts for less than 50 participants or YouTube live steam

How many people do you expect to participate in the webinar?

If it is under 50 than you can use regular Hangouts and it will work with an external audience.

If over 50 I could set up a YouTube Live stream for you and configure it so that people outside of Ocado can watch.

*Providing nothing confidential to Ocado will be shown (I'm assuming there won't as you have an external audience).

We don't currently have an alternative approved platform other than Hangouts or YouTube Live that would allow us to do this.

Please let me know and if you do require me to set up a YouTube live stream I'll send you a form to complete.
