Add buttons and links to Rapid Router episodes for students

This is part or the Rapid Router work where we will create a teacher view and a student view. The feedback we received from our designs were that teachers preferred a more granular approach so we should add the links where they are needed.

These will include links to:

• Lesson plans
• Self assessments
• Videos
• Help
