Level editor - level introduction and hint textboxes - backend

Task Description

We would like to give users the ability to add in an instruction and a hint within the level creator instead of it being generic and not particularly useful. There would still need to be a generic solution applied, so that it is optional.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add instruction panel
• [ ] Add hint text panel

Analytics Requirements

• [ ] Track with Tag manager

yes, how do you need them supplying, is it just the icon itself, or do you need the whole button?

I think I'll need the icon in the yellow square and also the little white icon to go next to the tab in the toolbar! I think I just need the icon though, not the whole button
