Or at least standardise all the different versions of the existing one:

Oh, Car. Go! (in the navigation bar)
Oh, car. Go! (on the front page)
O-Car-Go (in the README)
ocargo (the project name)
...

Delivery Dash!

Do we need to clear all old references to the many forms of ocargo? Do we have a more concise form of Delivery Dash that we can use, for example, to namespace all the js on the clientside with? Or do we just stick with ocargo?

Possibly some sort of shorthand for the namespacing? dd for example? DB names seem fine using the full deliverydash or equivalent, but it seems a bit of a mouthful for use all over the js.

Note the name is now "Rapid Router"
