Link anchors can be messed up #5

When you have an anchor like

[operating system]{#operating-system}

this can be translated as, for example,

[Betriebssystem]{#Betriebssystem}

which breaks the anchor. Not sure if those anchors are standard MD.

In general, I have seen in references that the Glossary seems to use non-standard syntax. This means

[command shell]{#command-shell}
:   See [shell](#shell)

get's "translated" as

[command-shell]{#command-shell} : Siehe [shell](#shell)

which seems to mess with the final rendering

This is also an issue with an anchor is a reference to a heading, e.g.,

[Andere Verzeichnisse erforschen](#exploring-other-directories)

where the heading is now

### Erforschung anderer Verzeichnisse

(in this case it is even worse as the title is not even consistently translated)
