Building ocaml-android32.4.02.3 based on INSTALL notes #24

I had to modify a couple of things as per the INSTALL notes in order to get the "opam install ocaml-android32" command to work. Feel free to disregard these changes if you feel they are unnecessary.

To elaborate, the OCaml build system does not support cross-compilation and neither is the INSTALL guide suitable for building a cross-compiler.
