Expose a single package #1

I wonder if the parser, merlin plugin and (future) ocamlformat-mlx extension could all be under same package to facilitate consumption. I know there will be cases where advanced users might only need one or the other but I assume the vast majority of users would prefer to add 1 package mlx to their deps and get done with it. Wdyt?

ocamlmerlin-mlx depends on merlin-lib and mlx doesn’t though.

maybe it does make sense to bundle ocamlmerlin-mlx and ocamformat-mlx together… 🤔
