option to infer .mli files #157

Hello, It could be useful if one could force generation of missing .mli files (.ml file with no corresponding .mli file) upon build. That would allow tools such as dead_code_analyzer from lexifi (available from OCaml 4.03.0) to be even more useful. Cf. https://github.com/LexiFi/dead_code_analyzer

Can't you add this in a snap Vincent? Not tired of the lazy Haskell yet? ;)
