Pervasives null device #128

Introduce the new variable NULL_DEVICE in Pervasives.om. Use it to simplify function shell-success.

It would be highly welcome if someone on a WIN32 system tests this branch. Building OMake from scratch is enough of a test, because the configuration subsystem uses shell-success.
