This P/R adds an initial manual page to the OMake project.
It documents both omake(1) and osh(1) in one place.
The presentation of the negatable (accepting a --no prefix)
options is similar to that of the --help-output as of #145.
The nroff(1) code was checked against groff-1.22.4 and
Emacs-27.1 woman mode (v0.551 beta).
Please let me know if you want to see osh(1) documented
as completely as is e.g. dash(1). Currently, the manual page
refers to the LaTeX-manual. A serious man-page ought to
document the shell comprehensively.
@gerdstolpmann: you may want to advise me on the
install target.
If anybody finds herself wondering... The nroff-code of
"omake.1" is hand written and not generated.
