This issue is meant to be a meta issue regarding support of opam 2.1 in opam-0install (not opam-0install-cudf, this one already supports it).
Here is what is required:
[ ] Add support for the avoid-version tag: This flag is in the process of being changed (see https://github.com/ocaml/opam/issues/4432), so wait-and-see for the moment.
Feel free to add anything that would be critical/useful for opam-0install, to that non-exhaustive list
