Bug: file `translations/fr.po.header` is missing #555

Bug description:

The commit e060517daecc1f3c5a2fc58223f1d318bd40dd54 was incomplete: no file translations/fr.po.header.

To reproduce:

$ make update-fr-translation
cp: cannot stat 'translations/fr.po.header': No such file or directory

Expected behavior:

@AltGr could you open a new PR to add this missing file?
