Timeout on the riscv machines #107

Hi, it looks like riscv is a bit slow for large packages, see e.g. https://github.com/ocaml/opam-repository/pull/25548#issuecomment-2020331824 Is it possible to have the timeout slightly extended to avoid spurious failures?
