DNS records changes for ci.ocaml.org #35

Please can the DNS records for [opam.ci.ocaml.org]() and [opam-repo.ci.ocaml.org]() be created/updated as follows:

[opam.ci.ocaml.org](): Opam CI Web UI points to 163.172.138.177, which redirects it to [opam-ci.ci3.ocamllabs.io](). Please can [opam.ci.ocaml.org]() be an A record pointing to 212.47.237.247.

[opam-repo.ci.ocaml.org](): Opam CI service be created as an A record pointing to 212.47.237.247. Currently, this service is reachable only via [opam-repo-ci.ci3.ocamllabs.io]()

[check.ci.ocaml.org](): Created as an A record pointing to 51.159.138.208. Currently, this service is available via [check.ocamllabs.io]()
