Bionic has bubblewrap in repo #330

This removes the dependency of the ansible/bubblewrap PPA which has removed bionic builds.

Currently all tests on bionic fail, because the PPA can't be installed. Example.

Well, it used to work until some days ago, guess Ansible just pulled the build. Thanks for merging quickly!

I'm not sure but it might be have been related to https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml-ci-scripts/pull/321

Yes, they mentioned that it might be removed and shouldn't be used in production: https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/66618#issuecomment-576351930
