The module Watch and the file data/watch.yml are only used to generate the “Some videos” section at the bottom of each workshop page. The information stored is redundant with what's in the Workshop data.
The file data/watch.yml seem to contain a fairly complete list of the videos at watch.ocaml.org circa 2023
