OCaml In Numbers: A dashboard with key metrics and statistics about the OCaml community #2514

This PR adds a new page "OCaml In Numbers" in the Community section.

The motivation is to visualise how the ecosystem evolves over time.

In addition to displaying selected metrics, the page lists the results of the OCaml User Survey, and will be able to host other community surveys in the future.

Upstreamed renaming of map_files into map_md_files into #2515. Merged #2515 into main. Rebased this one against updated main.
