Use OCaml spelling everywhere #42

According to the FAQ it is spelled OCaml, so to be consistent I replaced all references to O'Caml with the officially preferred spelling.

FWIW, I like this (although - for the record - I used to write it O'Caml prior to 4.x 🤓) - up to @gerdstolpmann!
