[request] `conf-`* package for `hexdump` #22306

I'd like a conf- package for hexdump. According to packages.debian.org, it's in bsdextrautils (along with col, colcrt, colrm, column, hd, hexdump, look, ul and write) (conf-xxd would also probably be a reasonable alternative)

As a suggestion, xxd is provided by vim in many distribution packages so maybe conf-vim can already work for this.
