does not depend on biocaml anymore
modules Interval_tree, ISet, Bgzf, Sam, Phred_score, Solexafrom, Bamstats imported from biocaml
new modules: Meme, Alphabet, Amino_acid, Ibed
many small enhancement in croquis
compatible with core v0.16.0
