Reviewing the Tuareg entry of EmacsWiki #240

Hi. The entry of EmacsWiki related to Tuareg[1] still refers to "tuareg-imenu-set-imenu".

In Tuareg 2.2.0, this does not work because the file "tuareg-imenu.el" is not part of the package. (I annotated the Wiki page to this effect.)

I think that it would be better if the people maintaining Tuareg had a look at the Wiki page and updated it according to the evolution of Tuareg.

If you ask me - it's better to start deleting such pages altogether and refer people to the official docs. A lot of mode-specific articles are from a time where Emacs packages were essentially undocumented, which is hardly the case today.

@bbatsov A variant is to leave the page (I did not create it but now that it is up and referenced by search engines) and update it so it contains only a short description and a link to the official Github page (which can be modified if a move away from GH is ever made 🧐).
