Add ACE3 lastSourceOfDamage #38

When merged this pull request will:

add the last registered source of damage (e.g. when a player bleeds out, the kill will be credited to the last player/AI to hit him)
add private declarations to private variables

@bux Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I've recently started working on OCAP again. Is this PR no longer needed (ie has something changed in ACE)? Sorry, bit out-of-the-loop at the moment.
