Add a feature to create new solar device designs and search for existing solar devices designs.

Create a simple input screen where users are prompted to

• Enter the title of a solar device
• Specify the type of solar device
  • Box cooker, parabolic, photo-voltaic, other
    • Parabolic cookers should state estimated maximum temperature and give the width and depth of the cooker.
    • Selection of other shall require the user to provide a short text description of the solar device.
• Provide a brief description of the device.
• Provide the City and Country where the solar device was used
• Provide the he Type of Natural disaster (The type of natural disaster that occurred which caused them to build and/or and use of the device.)
• Home many days, months, the solar device was used.
• Add files that help with the design of the device

General users of the site must be able to search for devices using any of the criteria entered above to include the names of each file.
