Support title / name / nesting #59

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to write some stories following the Component Story Format V3. When I try to change the default export's title or name It's not working. Is there any way to change the names shown on the sidebar and add nested elements?

Edit: Nesting elements using folders is not working correctly. My astrobook is pointing to the /stories folder. If I create two folders inside it (pages and components), they will be separate sections on the sidebar for each component in the folder. I might be wrong, but shouldn be only one "components" and "pages" section? image

This is not implemented. PRs are welcome.
