pytest the entire geometry creation, by comparing to the old "create_geometry_general" function and creating the same dict outputs

• [x] Adapted necessary source code, biggest chance was in how aero center and control point are calculated, they now also use the index and the number of panels to distribute the points not in the center of the panel but slightly more optimal
• [x] Wrote the pytest that extracts the geometry and creates the desired dicts
• [x] wrote the function that compares these dicts to the output of the Old function
• [x] Created a utils functions that computes desired geometries
• [x] Use the util geometries to compare the geometric output
• [x] Debug pytest
