Updated DISCBIO class, supporting composition by adding a SingleCellExperiment slot in the class.

Guys, if you're pushing to master, please remember to update the package patch number (in this case, from 0.99.4 to 0.99.5). Otherwise the new submission gets immediately rejected by the Bioconductor bot.
