Bioconductor submission 0.99.7

This new submission focuses on reducing build time, incorporating the following changes:

• Suppression of evaluation of the code in the Model-based part of the vignette
• Suppressed exporting to CSV in function examples
• Added tsne::tsne controls in the comptSNE and comptsneMB functions
• Simplified examples (by removing unnecessary code and reducing the number of iterations in calls to the two functions mentioned above)
• Simplified test units
• Reformatted code to Bioconductor standards

The changes above reduced build time on my machine (8th-gen i7, 16 GB RAM) from 6 minutes to 4. Hopefully this makes the Bioconductor build drop from 13 minutes to less than 10.

The build was checked locally with devtools::check() and BiocCheck::BiocCheck() udner R 4.0.0.

The Travis builds are consistently failing during the installation of some Bioconductor packages. I think this might be related to the release of Bioconductor 3.11 on April 28th, so I'm going to give it some time before trying again (or looking elsewhere on the net for an answer).
