Fix #5; Update web UI content and remove PSU branding #6

Removed PSU Logo image from header.html and index.html and reduced the header height in the index.html and base.css. Also changed the footer link and copyright in footer.html.

I tested this on my Ubuntu Virtual Box, here is what it looks like without PSU branding:

I think that's probably good enough for now - thoughts @BartMassey @joefusion?

Per Joe's suggestion, the content should now match http://dmm.sysc.pdx.edu/ sans PSU logo. I'll test again when I'm back at my working VB and if it looks good then I will probably merge this in to master.
