On registration, user assigned timezone from browser. Used for field-entries & journal-entries, but especially important for field-entries. Like Google Calendar and all those, create an <Alert /> with a button user can click to update their timezone to their current browser's timezone.
Or should I just set it automatically every page load without asking. Why do websites ask anyway? Don't you always want your timezone up-to-date?
