Could you please comment on what version of Python, Tensorflow, Keras and OpenCV you used please!!!

This repository has been tested using Keras 2.1.3 or higher, OpenCV 3.4 on and using both Python 2.7 and 3.6.

Note: The dependencies and pre-requisites closely follow the base code repository: https://github.com/fizyr/keras-retinanet
