Rename main repo and update all links

We should come up with a new name for the repo, now that we only have 1 repo left. Then we should update the name everywhere

• [x] update the name in the ReadMe (also in the links to all images)
• [x] update the name in the link of the repo / docker image (not koster-yolo4 anymore)
• [x] update the name in the links in the Dockerfile
• [x] update the name in the Jupyter notebooks
• [x] use ghcr instead of dockerhub for image builds

@Diewertje11 what is the adress of the repo? Is it the entire infrastructure we want to rename, or a component?

@biomobst Currently the address is https://github.com/ocean-data-factory-sweden/kso-object-detection, but we want to rename it since we have now combined the data-management and object-detection repos into a single repo. Perhaps something like kso-system?

Perhaps we can have a chat about the naming. I wonder if we want to give separate names to each of the system components. Like the cloudina to the file uploading system, kso for the Cs system, subsim for the overall system,…just an idea

@biomobst @victor-wildlife As it is now, everything has been renamed to kso. We can always revisit this later on, but I think it is useful to have the components named (as you mentioned @biomobst) into kso and cloudina, where subsim could be the overall system. I will close this for now.
