standarised the Set up and requirements of the tutorials #230

Now all the tutorials start with the same four categories: Install all the requirements, Import Python packages, Choose your project, Initiate project's database

and depending of the tutorial they have a fifth category: Connect to Zooniverse or Initiate ml processor

Deleted tut#9 as it's no longer needed (tut#8) has those capabilities

@Diewertje11 The changes here don't pass the automatic tests because the tests used are not the latest tests. The only changes I did in this branch were in the tutorials themselves
