Add function to map species to phylum using WORMS API #337

Using the 21 categories from the beginner zooniverse workflow we should:

[ ] translate the 21 categories from Zooniverse to the corresponding taxa (e.g. phylum, Kingdom) from https://www.marinespecies.org/

Note that this issue was brought up during the Launch event as well.

Been thinking on this a bit, would it be possible to add aphaID as a field to the species.csv file? in that case it would be easier to match potential updates to taxonomy at later dates?

@Bergylta yes, an aphaID col will be the way to go. I think we should have a function (part of Tut#1) that checks the aphaID column and 1) automatically fills out empty cells (based on the sc. name) and 2) reports back if there is a mismatch between the scientific name and aphaIDs Maybe we can look at using https://api.checklistbank.org/
