Issues with zenodo metadata #143

To get published in JOSS, we have to archive the reviewed software in Zenodo and make sure that the metadata on Zenodo matches the title and author list on the JOSS paper.

I managed to archive release v0.2 on zenodo without adding our own metadata. But the automatically generated metadata does not match the JOSS paper data. As soon as I try to add my own .zenodo.json and CITATION.cff, Zenodo throws me errors and does not want to publish the newest release (v0.2.1). Any ideas how to solve this issue?

Okay, I found the syntax error. It "only" took 3 new releases because I didn't see another way to check the correctness of the zenodo metadata locally. :smile:
