automated listing of subs #1

manage the list of sub-repo's to link to through _data/repositories.yml
structure aspects we want to capture for each
generate the listing in html (and remove the current hard coded bullets in Readme.md) -- best through some _includes/repolist.html

in a later phase (maybe through separate issue) we should contemplate adding a dcat feed out of it as well --> thus producing ttl/jsonld variant of this, possibly embedded in the html?
