Leaflet animation plugged into the interpolated data from animate_path() #1

We have a leaflet-animation library in otn-toolbox which could take your tweened animal positions as source data and plot them on a map. We'd want to also add permanent station markers I bet, it won't be a minor thing, but the output would be an HTML file with a bit of JS to run an animation on a Leaflet map.
