Merges dev -> master

Changes:

1. fixed missing abacus_plot title (issue #70; main argument not used). Also allowed title color and size to be set via cex.main and col.main arguments.
2. deprecated show_receiver_status argument because this was not needed. Receiver status will now be included if receiver_history is given and omitted otherwise.
3. updated documentation to reflect changes.
4. added 2019-03-22. fixed issue #70 - missing receivers from end of time series in images (and videos) produced by make_frames under certain conditions.
