Went through the episodes (and setup) and made some changes to the use of 'Nodebook' vs 'notebook'. I think I did a fairly complete job. My reasoning was anywhere the text referred to a specific notebook in our suite, I used 'Nodebook', otherwise, I left it as 'notebook'. The exception was anywhere we referred to a checklist item in the Git templates, since those all say 'notebook' to the best of my knowledge and I wanted to preserve continuity.
In the repeated instruction to "as with all Nodebooks, run the first cell to get the imports you need for the notebook" (something like that, anyway), I kept the first as Nodebook (since it refers to our suite of Nodebooks) and the second as 'notebook' (since it's referring to the notebook more generically). It made sense to me but I understand it may be confusing so if there's strong feelings about it I will change it.
I also fixed a couple of incidental typos I ran across.
