Stamen to stadia #93

Changed all instances of stamenmaps to stadiamaps alongside the maptype changes. Also shows the typo changes from https://github.com/ocean-tracking-network/otn-workshop-base/pull/92 because I accidentally made those changes in my local gh-pages branch... so merge 92 first!

setup.md needs to be edited to include API key for stadiamaps
