SPECTRAL:

Should I still multiply x by 2pi? If so why are the peaks not in the right "order" and the individual functions look off? If not why is the spectral line curved, not a straight line?
Should I still use log on the axes?

FILTERING:

Seems like lots of errors with the boxcar window: there's a "cut" in the plot halfway through, the peaks are offset from the other plots, the amplitude is much different than the other plots
For each window, the first few points looks off, should I just adjust the window?
