GPU workload #4

@rabernat in the group meeting yesterday you mentioned having a use case where you want to utilize GPUs through CuPy. I'd love to get more context on this as we've seen other workloads dramatically accelerated when switched to using GPUs and it'd be great to see if some of your group's work could also benefit.

Additionally folks at Coiled can help both with writing CuPy / cuDF / RAPIDS / ... code as well spinning up GPU clusters on which to run these workloads.
