Can't get dask dashboard nbserverproxy working on Pleiades #1

Viewing dashboard over ssh tunnel on Pleiades works fine.

Using nbserverproxy hits this issue: https://github.com/dask/dask-labextension/issues/51

Fixed by switching to jupyter-server-proxy.
