New Meeting time for sprint planning #23

Hey everyone,

I personally feel like our meeting time on Monday afternoon EST is uniquely aweful for me (and maybe others?). Mondays are overwhelming anyways, and having this meeting as the last thing of the day does not help IMO.

I think now that Paige is going to be on the East Coast we could renegotiate the time for this?

I have set up a w2m poll, so we can reevaluate when folks would have time regularly (but only every other week). Please fill out whenever you can commit for this.

@ocean-transport/collab_team I forgot to add this to the agenda yesterday, so just wanted to ping this again. I really think that a different meeting time can enhance our work going forward. Curious what you all think.

Ah I must have forgotten to activate that option. Apologies, and yes this is supposed to be ET.

We are only missing @TomNicholas at this point. Tom, does Mon 11-12AM EST (alternatively Thu 1-2 PM EST) work for you?

Excellent. I think the earlier Monday meeting sounds really appealing to me. This would be right after our standup, but I think that might work well.

If others agree I will change it to the earlier Monday spot.
