[Bug]: PL SQL splitter can not solve with slash (/) #1915

What happened?

Executing attached PL SQL failed due to splitting SQL error. pkg_dc_trans_data.txt

What did you expect to happen?

Execute this PL successfully.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Execute above attached SQL.

Need to modify the parser, the repair cost is high, later versions to fix.
