[BUG] Extended FAB does not function after dialog open/close #79

Normally, when you open the extended FAB for "New repository", it will allow you to select the subaction. However, I found that if you open a dialog (even one for renaming repos from a card menu), it will no longer function the way you expect.

Some insight is provided when trying to use TalkBack to access these items as well:

Tested against visual UI and talkback alike, this bug seems to be confirmed fixed as-of:
