New hardware when needed.

Re-opening. RHEL will no longer support CPU architecture from anything below Haswell. New virtualization server will be needed. We have a few options here.

Move to new Dell PowerEdge 14th (2017) or 15th (2021) Gen Architecture replacing our 12th and 11th Gen (2012)
Move to new HP ProLient Based Boxes.
Move to custom hardware. (Not ideal as we'd likely have to figure out a way to handle storage along with using a different virtualization solution, moving all storage to a dedicated disk shelf...Oracle KVM?)
Move to Cloud based hosting. (Not sure this is even possible if storage is hosted on prem due to latency...won't be able to afford the excessive storage we need on cloud)
Move off of RHEL. (Problem with this is we will likely run into this with Ubuntu and other distros soon too.)

This will need more thought. We have runway, as RHEL 9 doesn't go EOL til Mid-2027.

This is probably overkill but should allow for future expansion if need be. I can migrate everything over to this machine solely. R720 and R610 will be repurposed or sold.
