Add new github teams from the Spanish event

is it possible to have a github team for access to the jupyter hub be defined in a github organization other than the oceanhackweek org, https://github.com/oceanhackweek?

Yes! Just let us know what github organization and/or github organization teams you wish to grant access. You can see the current configuration for access to the hub is defined here: https://github.com/2i2c-org/infrastructure/blob/254dca76b55180734f1911eb467d17ba627940a6/config/clusters/2i2c/ohw.values.yaml#L79-L109

I've created the following teams, and don't expect to add more:
