Add OHW23 organizing committee members who are not already in yaml file

OHW23 organizing committee (OC) team members already in the team yaml file are displayed in https://oceanhackweek.org/ohw23/organizers.html

Tasks:

• [x] Make a list of OHW23 OC members who are not already in that yaml file (b/c they haven't been OHW organizers or helpers before). Myranda, Ali, Callum, Ben Tupper
• [x] Compile their information, initially in this issue (for convenience). See the yaml file for the information needed. email address is optional
• [x] Add them to the yaml file with a "OHW23 Organizer" role

New entries can be added at the end. It should be pretty obvious that the yaml file doesn't currently list people in alphabetical order!

Thanks! I asked Myranda, Callum, and Ben for the info we need from them. I will update the info here as I get it.

I tried committing changes in a new PR #236 with Myranda and Ben's info added, but all the checks failed, not sure what was wrong - any ideas and/or do one of you want to try ?

Also have Callum's info now too, so we have everyone.
