Resurface menu in OHW22 pages #245

The menu of pages for OHW22 ("Section Navigation") is not showing up. This must have happened after we rolled out the OHW23 pages.

The toctree entries in https://github.com/oceanhackweek/oceanhackweek.github.io/blob/source/ohw22/index.md were untouched, but the menu is not being built. The pages are built and deployed, though! eg, https://oceanhackweek.org/resources/organizing/

Look into this.

I'm wondering if they are referenced from two toctrees, and only one is being found, or if they are part of a disconnected tree. Let me try something.
