Unhide all badges in steering_committee.md #323

I don't know why we were hiding some badges in the Steering Committee members (and emeritus) page. This is one page where I think we want to show all previous OHW involvement

I can't remember if it was a deliberate decision or inertia carried over from other pages. But I'll ask on the SC Slack channel, to see what others think.

In the meantime, where can I order my jacket with all those badges?!
